Hi All

As those who know me would realise by now, one of my favourite 'techniques' is to create mosaics with either little scraps of paper or pieces of washi tape. This fun layout with a washi mosaic background was up on the D-lish blog a few weeks ago, stop past HERE to see all the details.

As you can see I've used one of my other favourite things- Metallics! Lots of gold and silver on this one. That silver foil washi tape is ah-ma-zing!

Cocoa Vanilla Studio layout- Sweet Love

Hi All,

I'm up on the Cocoa Vanilla Studio blog today with this bright, patterned layout featuring some of my all time favourite papers from 4 different CVS collections. And of course a cut file from the Colour Me Happy collection because- adorable!

This layout is my new favourite, not only because of all the Cocoa Vanilla goodness but also because it features a photo of my sweet grandparents on their wedding day 55 years ago.

Cocoa Vanilla Studio

Hi All,

Just  sharing a few layouts I had up on the Cocoa Vanilla Studio blog recently. I'm still totally in love with both the Hello Lovely and Made of Awesome collections but also super excited for the arrival of the new collections in the coming weeks! Stop by the blog to check out the release.

This first page was made using a fabulous cut file from The Cut Shoppe. Aren't those pineapples adorable? And super appropriate for a tropical page.

 This second page was a little different for me- a lot of watercolouring! I wanted to create a fun, bright background so used watercolours to colour the gorgeous black and white floral paper from the Hello Lovely collection.

 This final layout was a nice simple one with some white on white pattern using the negatives from another The Cut Shoppe file.

Exciting News- New Design Team

Very exciting to be able to share that I am joining the A Piece of Cake Designs team. A Piece of Cake Designs, for those who don't know, is an Australian kit club run by the fabulously talented Raquel Bowman. A layout- just because!

I've had this photo floating around for years since our wedding, my bridesmaids were all taking selfies after our hair and makeup was done so I joined in on the action. It was a super hot day and funnily enough this is possibly the best my hair and makeup looked on the day so whilst I adore my wedding photos, I still like this selfie!

Made of Awesome Layout

Hi All,
I had my first layout with one of the new collections up recently on the Cocoa Vanilla Studio blog. The two new collections are absolutely fabulous, I'm so totally in love with them. The fact that I chose to scrap with the boy oriented collection, Made of Awesome, first up just goes to show how totally amazing it is, that's not normally a natural choice for me!

Two new layouts

Hi All,

It's not often I scrap a 5x7 photo but this one is so sweet I've scrapped it twice! This one was a just because layout, isn't it nice doing those sometimes?!

I recieved the new collections today, I have already scrapped a layout and I am obsessed with both lines, they are AMAZING!! Hey Girls Layout

All the kids who attended loved the photobooth at our wedding, it was great to get them up and having fun together considering some of them had only met once before. I love this photo of three of our flower girls. They all barely knew each other but had lots of fun together.

Two Layouts- Just For Fun!

It occurred to me I've been busy sharing Cocoa Vanilla Studio layouts, and only shared some others on Instagram, so it's about time I did another blog post!

This first layout is from today. A bright, happy layout of a photo I took last Easter of my little sister-nothing like scrapping a photo a year to the day it was taken!

This second layout is of more older photos- these ones from 2.5 years ago on our US trip. I still love scrapping these photos (sometimes I even still scrap our Euro trip photos from 5.5 years ago!), it's fun to reminisce.

Hello Beautiful Girl- Cocoa Vanilla Studio Layout

A quick post with my CVS layout from the weekend. I was excited to blend the two collections- Flying High and Sugar & Spice- the bright fun papers all worked so well together! And these photos of my beautiful little cousin sure helped bring this layout together!
