Two Layouts- Just For Fun!

It occurred to me I've been busy sharing Cocoa Vanilla Studio layouts, and only shared some others on Instagram, so it's about time I did another blog post!

This first layout is from today. A bright, happy layout of a photo I took last Easter of my little sister-nothing like scrapping a photo a year to the day it was taken!

This second layout is of more older photos- these ones from 2.5 years ago on our US trip. I still love scrapping these photos (sometimes I even still scrap our Euro trip photos from 5.5 years ago!), it's fun to reminisce.

Hello Beautiful Girl- Cocoa Vanilla Studio Layout

A quick post with my CVS layout from the weekend. I was excited to blend the two collections- Flying High and Sugar & Spice- the bright fun papers all worked so well together! And these photos of my beautiful little cousin sure helped bring this layout together!

I'm so honoured to be on a team with these wonderful ladies (Zoe included), they are all lovely, encouraging and incredibly talented. A super simple wedding card

It's been a quiet scrapbooking week here in the Griffin household, busy with work and social events! Today DH is a groomsman for a friend's wedding so I made a simple card with my Silhouette.

First Cocoa Vanilla Studio Layout!

A quick post today- my first design team post was up over on the Cocoa Vanilla Studio Blog
yesterday, I am so in love with the blue floral paper I have backed behind this large title (The Cut Shoppe cut file), so pretty! The entire Sugar and Spice collection is darling! Kraft+ Challenge

Back already to share another of this weekend's layouts- this one for the brand new challenge blog Kraft+ (http://kraftpluschallenges.blogspot.com.au/). I don't even remember the last time I used a Kraft base for a layout so this was a great challenge for me, stepping outside my comfort zone a little! This Kaisercraft kraft heart paper was so cute though! It came together quite quickly once I had painted the hearts, nice and simple!

Scrap Frenzy

So I had the night to myself last night and scrapped for hours, and today I continued- SIX layouts in 24 hours, that's a record for me!

The first was a nice quick layout, it came together easily with a bunch of American Crafts papers from a 'best of' pad I bought at Spotlight recently and a Silhouette cut file.

 

And since three of the layouts were DT work for Cocoa Vanilla Studio you'll have to wait to see those, but here's a sneak peek:
